Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Issuance and use of the gift card constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions, which may be revised by Guardian and I.D.A. at any time without notice. The gift card has no value until purchased and activated. Present the gift card at participating Guardian and I.D.A. pharmacies as payment towards your purchase. Purchase(s) will be deducted from the gift card until the value on the gift card reaches zero. Refunds on the items purchased will be re-applied to the gift card. The value on the gift card cannot be refunded, is not redeemable for cash except as required by law, and cannot be replaced if the gift card is lost or stolen. The gift card may not be accepted by certain Guardian or I.D.A. pharmacies.
