COVID-19 IMPORTANT NOTICE

OPERATIONAL CHANGES WE ARE IMPLEMENTING EFFECTIVE THURSDAY MARCH 26, 2020
As an essential service, we will be open for your pharmacy necessities. We will continue to fulfill your health care needs and to support our community, however to protect our employees, their families and our patients the following precautions are being implemented.
Temporary Change in Hours of Operation
Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm
Saturday 9am – 3pm
* subject to change as necessary
If you, or someone in your household, are required to self-isolate, exhibiting symptoms or may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please DO NOT ENTER our pharmacy. Safety protocols are in place to allow safe delivery you. Alternately, please send someone from outside your household to pick up your order.
Please call well ahead of time to place orders. We require more time than usual to prepare orders/prescriptions during this very busy time. Calling ahead to ensure your order is ready before coming to the pharmacy will expedite your visit. Prescription preparation wait times can now be 20 minutes or longer. For everyone’s safety we discourage you from waiting in the pharmacy for your order. Our pharmacists are always willing to answer your questions and discuss your medication needs over the phone.
We are accepting product returns and returns for disposal starting Monday July 13th.
We are NOT providing injections services yet and may not be providing flu shots this fall unless the government deals with major COVID related operational issues.
We encourage non-cash payments. For deliveries we can process credit cards ahead of time at the store AND we accept Debit at your Door.
Physical (Social) Distancing:
We request your cooperation to be respectful of our staff and others in store and to use the 6ft separation rule whenever possible.6
Your assistance and cooperation with these necessary changes is greatly appreciated.
Do you have any of the following (new or worsening):
- In the past 14 days, have you beenin close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, without wearing appropriate PPE?
- Have you returned from travel outside Canada in the past 14 days?
- Have you recently been tested for COVID -19 and are awaiting results?
If you answered YES to any of these questions please DO NOT enter the pharmacy,
give us a call (519-451-0750) as we may need to reschedule your appointment.
